Electricity Required
A dedicated 110–120V outlet is required within 50–75 feet for each inflatable blower. Please keep the outlet free of other appliances.
Level Ground + Space
We need enough clear space on level ground. No slopes or unsafe terrain. We will not set up if conditions are unsafe.
Weather Safety
Inflatables cannot be used in rain, lightning, or high winds. We will reschedule or cancel for safety.
Capacity Rules
No overcrowding. Group kids by size/age. No flips or rough play. Adult supervision is required at all times.
One unit per product: each inflatable blocks its own date when booked.

How much space do I need?
We’ll confirm the exact dimensions, but most inflatables need level ground plus clearance on all sides.
Do you provide a generator?
If a dedicated outlet isn’t available, we can provide a generator as an add-on (request in advance).

Safety comes first. We will reschedule or cancel based on rain, lightning, and wind conditions.
Do I need to supervise?
Yes. Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use.
